Crius AIOP V2.0 ALL IN ONE PRO Flight Controller

Hallo Community,

heute ist mein Crius AIOP V2.0 von rctimer angekommen.

Bevor ich die FC gleich über den Jordan schicke habe ich hier noch eine Frage. Im Manual steht folgendes:

...when using the Usb connection to upload the firmware you need to disconnect the blue tooth module as it will prevent the upload... das verstehe ich aber das hier gibt mir ein paar Rätsel auf:

1. The yellow jumper must be removed if you’re using the extended power.. Bedeutet extended hier external? (z.b. vom ESC?)
2. Wo schließe ich die extended (external) power denn an?
3. Wenn die FC an den mein MacBook via USB anschließe, muss der Jumper dann drin oder ab sein?

Ah.. die eine Frage kann ich mir beim genauen betrachten des ersten Bildes jetzt selbst beantworten. Extended oder external kommt wohl in die gelben Stecker wo + und - drüber steht....

FC läuft mit Megapirate. Jetzt muss nur noch GPS und Bluetooth ankommen.

You must remove the yellow plug if you are powering the board via the + & - (Use U-Bec )as you have to power this board if you are using the extended board. If not using the extended board then leave the yellow plug in place and power board via esc's

Ist mein Thread hier überhaupt richtig? Oder sollte er besser ins Wii Unterforum verschoben werden?

Ist es dann so, dass das Board auch über die Motorausgänge (Grün 2-12) über die ESC mit Strom versorgt werden kann?

Is it so that the board can also be on the motor outputs (Green 2-12) powered by the ESC power?

Yes you can just power the board that way NO need for external power

Its is OK, yes I fly it with MegapirateNG on it with extended board & Xbee's

I just got the FC yesterday and download the Arudino/MegaPirateNG Software for the first time. MegaPirate runs so great "out the box". Can't wait until my GPS arrives. I ordered only the GPS and not the extended board with/for XBee. Could you let me know the advantage of XBee? Is it only for telemetry stuff?

Hi glad to here you have it working well yes the only advantage of Xbee's is for telemetry But if you want that later you can wire up 433 radios from Rc time to work. If you don't need this just get a Bluetooth modual for easy PID tuning.

ASLO be very careful of the USB connector on the board!!! they are NOT the best. I would advise filing down the pins on the USB end that you plug into the Crius. When I have uploaded the code I do NOT use USB again I use Bluetooth or Xbee to change settings hope this helps.

Bluetooth Modul is also already ordered. I think as long I just use my DX6i theres no need for me to buy the XBee.

Hallo zusammen

Nachdem mein AIOP V2.0 angekommen war, wollte ich natürlich umgehend die Software aufspielen und GPS anschliessen..

Aus sofort wurde ein mehrstündiger Marathon.. Warum? Das AIOP wurde am PC nicht erkannt und somit war es in Arduino nicht sichtbar als Port..

Ich habe Stundenlang Treiber installiert (VCP) und deinstalliert in allen Variationen, mich über MS Win 7 64 Bit geärgert usw..

Naja, nach etlichen google Versuchen der richtige Tipp: USB Kabel wechseln..

Gesucht, eingesteckt und Software aufgespielt.. Was für ein Ärger für nichts

Dann ist dann beim "alten" USB-Kabel vermutlich nur der +/-Anschluß belegt. Das ist ja ärgerlich .

Genau, und das ist das fiese daran -> das AIOP "leuchtete" brav, nur keine Kommunikation möglich.. DAS USB Kabel habe ich zum laden einer IPad Tastatur dazu bekommen.. Hinterher ist man immer schlauer
